Utilised Python and Matlab to conduct an optimisation project for the downstream processing of a copper mine. The findings of the analysis were used to identify the best size and location for a new processing unit. Ultimately guiding the Executive's decision to increase their investment to $3 million to purchase two smaller units at two separate locations.
